SDI-Molan is a German-American joint-venture of Special Devices, Inc. (SDI) and private shareholders. We produce pyro-electric initiators and micro gas generators for passive vehicle safety systems such as airbags and seat-belt pretensioners. Currently, we are the only independent manufacturer of such assemblies in Germany.
